Link doesn't really have any overt supernatural abilities of his own. He's an excellent swordsman and can fight with one-handed and two-handed swords. He's also an excellent archer, both mounted and on the ground. He bears the Triforce of Courage, which doesn't make him immune to fear, but it does make him much braver than a normal human.

Canonly, he's seen as attractive enough for multiple women to take an interest in. However, due to time travel shenanigans, he's basically a 10-year-old in a 17-year-old's body and thus has a 10-year-old's view on romance and relationships. He's capable of understanding if you explain to him enough times, but he's also kind of in the 'girls are weird but also kind of pretty???' stage of his life, mentally.
